Customer Service Representative:
Location: 264 N Peters Road, Suite B | Knoxville, TN 37923 (TTS Showroom)
Hours: 40 hours per week within the showroom hours | Monday - Friday 9 AM till 6 PM | Saturdays 10 AM till 2 PM
Compensation: Hourly depending on experiencing
Duties:
Work with phone, online, Chat, and walk-in customers to give quotes and complete orders
Help build Online Stores
Help with Social Media Marketing
Help customers design graphics for production (will train)
Manage showroom inventory
Manage showroom merchandising and appearance
